Welcome to Brooke's Cakes. My name is Brooke. My cake decorating career began after attending Niagara Falls Community College for the Baking & Pastry Arts program. During my studies, I completed an internship at Fairy Cakes and was subsequently hired as a Baker and Fondant Decorator. I held that role for two years before advancing to Lead Cake Decorator, where I designed and decorated all of the cakes.

In addition to my work at Fairy Cakes, I bake cakes, cupcakes, and cake bites from my home using my own unique, custom recipes.
