Welcome to Brooke's Cakes. My name is Brooke, and I am the Cake Decorator at Fairy Cakes in Buffalo, New York. My cake decorating career began after attending Niagara Falls Community College for the Baking & Pastry Arts program. During my coursework, I completed an internship at Fairy Cakes for several months and was subsequently hired as a Baker and Fondant Decorator. I held that role for two years before advancing to my current position as Lead Cake Decorator, where I design and decorate all of our cakes.

In addition to my work at Fairy Cakes, I bake cakes, cupcakes, and cake bites from my home using my own unique, custom recipes.
